The electric emergency override switch HE-08x is used in combination with SHEV-systems or for the control of textile smoke or fire curtains. In the case of fire it can be used to trigger the electrical control system by hand and to activate the smoke outlet / curtain. It shows additionally the condition of the control system. The SHEV release button is available in different colors as main or auxiliary control panel. The lockable, shock-resistant housing is made of aluminium or plastic, with a break glass plane, and is supplied with key and labelling sheet in several languages.
Parts of the HE-08x main emergency button:
- HE 080 / HE 082: Plastic housing (with side hinged door) according to DIN 14655 / EN 54-11 and VdS 2592.
- HE 087: Aluminium housing (with side hinged door) according to EN 54-11 and VdS 2592.

- Circuit board assembled with: LED-sign “green” for standby condition (OK), LED-sign “yellow” for failure, LED-sign “red” for operating condition ALARM, Push-button ALARM, Push-button RESET (Alarm reset), Push-button MUTE (only HE 080)

- Piezo buzzer (only HE 080)

The electrical manual push-button type HE 08x are used as main or auxiliary control unit in smoke and heat extraction systems, respectively for smoke and fire curtains, and serve for the manual triggering of a SHEV system in case of fire.
